She oversees all our accounts and accomplishes miracles everyday. Quite frankly, she does more than one human should be able to do. And yet somehow, her supersized Texas smile never goes away. She is dedicated, hard-working, resourceful and freakishly smart. And she's the most organized person that has ever existed on any planet ever. <\/p> <\p>If you have a project that needs to get done on time and under budget, let Kande take charge. As a former Victoria's Secret store manager, she knows how to do a lot with very little.<\/p> <\p>The rest of Kande's life is devoted to her weiner dogs, the Dallas Cowboys and completing her Master's degree.<\/p> <\p>kande AT solsticeadvertising.com<\/p> <\h2>BROOKS PLENINGER : ART DIRECTOR<\/h2> <\p>Brooks is an artistic genius. The guy can flat out make anything look amazing. With a severe aversion to clutter (just look at his office), Brooks can organize the messiest clump of content and turn it into a stunning work of art. Our clients gush on and on about his work. It's kind of embarrassing. But whether it's an annual report or an ad due in less than two hours, he just produces high-quality design.<\/p> <\p>So when he gets in a groove, we just kind of let him be. He kicks out a lot of work when we do that.<\/p> <\p>Outside of work, Brooks is actually ouside. He is a designer, copywriter, photographer and Flash developer with decades of agency experience. He's got so much energy that he has the ability to propel a project forward with nothing more than youthful enthusiasm. And he's received more awards than he can keep track of. (That's supposed to be a testament to the sheer number of awards, not his failing memory.)<\/p> <\p>But more than that, Brett is just an excellent communicator. No matter the medium, he seems to possess the natural capacity to get your message across in a unique and creative way.<\/p> <\p>In his spare time, Brett is a songwriter, guitarist and drummer.<\/p> <\p>brett AT solsticeadvertising.com<\/p> <\h2>SCOTT CORREY : WEB DEVELOPER<\/h2> <\p>Scott is a supergeek deluxe. He does all sorts of Internet-related stuff that even we will never comprehend. He has a vast history of technical-sounding jobs, that would seem to quantify what we already knew. That he can make websites like the devil. Really functional sites that impress the snot out of anyone who sees them. He is such a code monkey that he even writes his grocery lists in binary.<\/p> <\p>Best of all, Scott is meticulously thorough in his testing to optimize user experience.
